Overview

Protecting your personal data matters to me. This website is served as static files, sets no tracking cookies, embeds no external analytics or advertising services, and hosts all fonts locally. Personal data is processed only to the extent described below.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Webspace-Verkauf.de ISP e.K. (owner: Markus Thumerer), Lichtenfelser Straße 17 a, 96271 Grub am Forst, Germany. The provider processes, on my behalf, data that is technically required to deliver the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and efficient presentation). A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

Server log files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing device, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other sources and serves technical security and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact by email

This website provides no contact form. If you contact me by email, the data you provide (in particular your email address, name, and the content of your message) is processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry, and is not passed on to any third party. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data remains with me until your enquiry has been conclusively handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Locally hosted fonts

Fonts are served locally from this server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts); your IP address is therefore not transmitted to any third party.

Language preference (localStorage)

To remember your language preference, an entry is set in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). It contains no personal data, is technically necessary for the selected function, and is not transmitted to the server. No consent is required for this pursuant to § 25(2) TDDDG.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

Your rights
