Certified precision-machining master (Feinwerkmechaniker-Meister), 20+ years in precision manufacturing, twelve years of technical customer support and complaint handling for a globally active injection-moulding machine OEM, responsible for 35+ countries.

The short version

Domain first, then the software.

Twenty years in precision manufacturing — machine setup, first commissioning, calibration, technical customer support, SAP key user for a plant rollout. That is the domain, and I lived it.

Then I built the software for exactly that work: ProAct and three more production-ready applications, each solo in one to four weeks. A software engineering certificate rounds it off.
